All NEUDA treatments are carried out by myself with luxury products, at a fully qualified standard. I take pride in my attention to detail, care and consistency. I provide a safe, welcoming and relaxing space for you to completely switch off with a complimentary hot or cold drink at each appointment.
I have a strict policy on no-shows and cancellations and ask that you contact me at your earliest opportunity if you are unable to attend your appointment. Any no-shows or cancellations reported with less than 24 hours notice will result in a £10 charge.
As stated on the treatment menu, Gel Polish Manicures are estimated to last 2-3 weeks and BIAB Manicures 3-4 weeks, however this is dependent on client's lifestyle and aftercare routine.
Any nail repairs will be carried out free of charge within the first 3 days, then from £5 thereafter.
Any infills left longer than 5 weeks will require a rebalance and extra time, so will incur an additional charge of £5.
What is BIAB Builder gel, also known as BIAB, is a type of gel used in nail manicures. It's thicker and stronger than regular gel polish, allowing for building and sculpting nails to desired shapes and lengths. It is also used to repair broken nails and add extra strength to natural nails, encouraging a nail growth journey. Builder gel comes in various viscosities and formulations (hema free/vegan), allowing a customized application for each client's needs.
Arrival/lateness Please do not arrive earlier than 5 minutes before, or any later than 10 minutes after your appointment. This allows me time to comfortably finish off with my previous client. I also don't have a separate waiting area so would appreciate you waiting in your car anytime outside alloted arrival times. If you are going to be late, please let me know at your earliest convenience. Your treatment may require alterations due to loss of time.
Payments Cash, bank transfer, Apple or Google Pay and Contactless payments are accepted and must be paid before departure
